Overview

Pediatric Grand Rounds


Objectives

At the conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:


  1. Generate specific pretest probabilities and action thresholds for clinical scenarios;
  2. Recall likelihood ratios to arrive at appropriate posttest probabilities;
  3. Teach Bayesian reasoning to learners during clinical care using smartphone applications;
  4. Recall on your deliberate approach to learning;
  5. Identify six strategies for effective learning; and
  6. Implement evidence-based learning strategies in your teaching and learning.
