Overview
Most healthcare organizations (and almost all other companies) are struggling with their supply chains during these difficult times. Looking ahead, they also need to prepare for economic recovery. Given the huge uncertainties surrounding supply and demand, what should you think about and include in your healthcare organization’s supply chain strategy?

In this webinar, supply chain expert Mark Frohlich discusses COVID-19 problems and successes in healthcare supply chains, and he highlights issues to consider for your organization’s supply chain strategy depending upon: 1) worst-case, 2) best-case, or 3) most likely COVID-19 scenarios for the remainder of 2020 and beyond.

Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  1. Articulate how design thinking is used as a creative, collaborative, and human-centered approach to problem solving
  2. Summarize how the COVID-19 pandemic has put physician leaders at the forefront, and why they will need to change processes and innovate regularly
