Overview
The lectureship is intended to provide otolaryngologists–head and neck surgeons and the general medical community with information on a variety of otolaryngology-related topics. 2026 topics will focus on public health challenges, leadership development, resilience, and reconstructive innovation/patient quality of life.

Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  1. Analyze the impact of social, economic, and healthcare system challenges on patient outcomes, provider well-being, and healthcare delivery.
  2. Identify and apply strategies to improve resilience, adaptability, and equitable care delivery in rapidly evolving clinical environments.
  3. Describe leadership principles that foster trust, effective communication, collaboration, and professional growth within healthcare teams.
  4. Develop actionable approaches to enhance leadership effectiveness through self-awareness, coaching, curiosity, and values-based decision-making
  5. Evaluate contemporary advances in nasal reconstruction and their role in improving functional outcomes, appearance, and patient quality of life
  6. Integrate evidence-based, patient-centered, and interdisciplinary approaches into clinical practice to improve healthcare team performance and patient outcomes.
