Overview
Through discussion of quality initiatives and review of current literature we maximize the performance of our multidisciplinary health care team so as to improve patient outcomes.

Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  1. Provide information on quality and operational topics for the BMT program
  2. Provide coordinated, multidisciplinary care for BMT patients
  3. Delineate quality outcomes for the BMT program

Accreditation

In support of improving patient care, Indiana University School of Medicine is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.

Nurses
Indiana University School of Medicine designates this activity for a maximum of 1.0 ANCC contact hours. Nurses should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Pharmacists
Indiana University School of Medicine designates this activity for 1.0 ACPE contact hours. Pharmacists should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. Credit will be provided to NABP CPE Monitor within 60 days after the activity completion.
