Overview
Realize and Revitalize: Embracing Maternal and Child Health will be bringing together providers and stakeholders from across the state to identify strategies to improve the quality-of-care women and infants receive through an integrated care lens. This collaborative effort encompasses the perspectives from medical, dental, behavioral health/substance use, and nutritional experts in the field to foster holistic treatment approaches. Health outcomes for current and future generations will be impacted by this promotion of high-quality care.

Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  1. Based on maternal and child health needs, participants will be able to identify strategies to improve the quality-of-care women and infants receive through an integrated care lens that includes medical, dental, behavioral health/substance use, and nutritional perspectives.

Accreditation

In support of improving patient care, this activity has been planned and implemented by Indiana University School of Medicine and Indiana APCA . Indiana University School of Medicine is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
