Overview

Course Director: Rachel P. Kowal, MD Assistant Professor of Clinical Pathology & Laboratory Medicine

A comprehensive review of key concepts in dermatopathology taught at the level of the resident and/or fellow learner.  Registrants are encouraged to participate in pre-course work which includes 100 digital histologic slides with associated clinical histories and test questions. Review of these slides and answers to the test questions will be provided through live virtual review lectures offered by our faculty.  A pre and post-test will also be administered for self-assessment. 

 



Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  1. Review dermatopathology comprehensively at the level of the resident learner.
  2. Evaluate dermatopathology knowledge as self-assessment including interpretation of histological slides.

This activity will be held virtually via Zoom. All registered attendees will receive a pre-conference email prior to the activity with the virtual learning space link and other important instructions.
