Overview

This program will provide the participants with the latest information available as presented at the 2022 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) meeting. Oncology/Hematology faculty members from the Indiana University School of Medicine will provide members of the healthcare team with analysis of the more clinically applicable presentations at this year's ASCO meeting.

This meeting will be recorded and posted online at a later date for those who cannot join in-person.



Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  1. Recall and describe the newest developments in the treatment of breast cancer, lung cancer, genitourinary cancers, gastrointestinal cancers, head/neck cancer, melanoma, hematological mallignancies.
  2. Integrate multimodality treatment strategies, including radiation therapy, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapy, into the management of patients with cancer.
  3. Based on the most up-to-date treatments described in the learning sessions, apply new knowledge and strategies about therapies of solid tumors and hematological malignancies into their clinical practice.

American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) 

Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to 5.0 MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine’s (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. It is the CME activity provider’s responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.
