Overview
This conference brings together more than 250 pediatric primary care providers from all over Indiana and surrounding states. The majority of the clinicians come from outpatient settings and has interests in learning more about current evidence-based diagnostic and management tools pertinent to their pediatric practice. Previously, our audience consists mostly of pediatricians, family medicine physicians, nurse practitioners, residents, and allied health professionals.


Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  1. Analyze behavioral interventions for sleep
  2. Assess the 504 Plans and Dyslexia screening used by public schools
  3. Review feeding strategies for high-risk infants
  4. Discuss reproductive health care for teenage patients
  5. Examine substance abuse in pediatric patients
  6. Identify ways to support children with ASD in primary care clinics

Virtual Day only (May 10, 2023) - $60

In-person Day only (May 11, 2023) - $125

Attend both days - $150

NOTE: The first day of the conference will be virtual via Zoom and the second day will be in-person at NCAA Hall of Champions in Indianapolis, Indiana. All registered attendees will receive a pre-conference email one week prior to the activity with the Zoom link and other important instructions.

Exhibitor Rates: Standard single table for duration of the conference: $1500

Amenities Include:

a. Use of a single table and two chairs in the exhibit space.

b. Exhibitor identification signage, such as a table top sign, table runner, or banner, provided by the exhibitor, is permitted on the table.

c. Permission for two representatives to exhibit the product/service.

d. A single set of program materials per Exhibitor (not per representative), if program materials have been created and distributed to attendees. However, in no event will IUSM CME provide a list of program attendees in program materials given to Exhibitors.

e. If you wish to attend presentations: remove your name tag before entering meeting space and refrain from wearing or taking items with company name/logo into meeting space. Also refrain from asking questions or leading the discussion in any ways.

f. IU School of Medicine prohibits exhibitors from providing gifts, regardless of market value. Please do not distribute any gift items with company or product names/logos. Product brochures allowed on exhibit tables.

g. Acknowledgment at the activity.
