Registration

Advanced Providers and Practice Providers are encouraged to attend this event. 

Registration at this time is closed. 

Program cost is $100 for IU Health team members, $125 for non-IU Health providers and $25 for students (virtual only). 

Lunch will be provided for in-person guests only. In-person registration is limited.
