Overview
The eye presents many unique challenges to all providers. This lecture series is designed to address the commonly seen and the most emergent situations that arise involving the ocular system and how to best handle timing, treatment and continued care.

Objectives
At the end of this activity, participants should be able to:

  1. Accurately access ocualr emergent issues for treatment, testing or referral
  2. Employ multidisciplinary, cooperative approach to access and treating ocualr medical issues

Registration

This is a FREE activity for all healthcare professionals; however, you must register for the event by January 24th by 8 p.m. 

Registrants will receive an email from the CME office with a link to the event.

Event is held over two separate days:  Thursday, January 20 6-8 p.m. and Tuesday, January 25 6-8 p.m.

 


Accreditation
In support of improving patient care, Indiana University School of Medicine is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.


Physicians
Indiana University School of Medicine designates this live activity for a maximum of 3.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
