Overview

Quarterly broadcast held the last Friday of each quarter, from 8:00am-9:00am. Streamed and recorded.

Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  1. 1. Train IU Health clinical teams on Oracle Cerner, including best practices, upcoming improvements, clinical/EHR (Electronic Health Records) enhancement initiatives, Partnership Councils and available features to ensure they are 1) improve usage and understand of the Oracle Cerner application, 2) reduce frustration and time needed to use the system 3) understand what’s coming to improve their EHR experience. We will be tracking progress against the KLAS Survey results which is an annual survey that measures overall satisfaction with an organization’s HER.
  2. 2. Showcase new and upcoming clinical technologies for clinical teams to increase understanding of benefits, work already underway, productivity gains as well as to increase adoption of critical clinical applications and platforms.
  3. 3. Access training and support, and provide feedback to shape future updates of the overall clinical IIS programming.
