Overview

This activity seeks to help healthcare professionals not only understand the risk factors and signs/symptoms of burnout, but to provide actionable strategies that are evidence-based for preventing and treating burnout.

  1. Characterize the predisposing factors and symptoms of burnout.
  2. Articulate the relationship between burnout and depression.
