Overview
Congregational Care Network (CCN): Spiritual Care Grand Rounds is aligned with the mission, vision, and values of IU Health. Its goal is to enhance the role of the Congregational Care Companions and increase community knowledge and wellness. As an educational component of CCN, the program will offer support and resources to clergy, clinicians, and community volunteers.

Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  1. enhance the role of the Congregational Care Companion and increase community knowledge and wellness
  2. ensure the continuity of care for patients, families, staff, and community partners
  3. discuss growth and development to enhance professional and personal functioning.
  4. review topics for continuity of care for well-being in sphere of influence, congregations, community and scope of clinical care.
  5. discuss Clinician and Chaplaincy Continuing Education in Diversity & Inclusion, Research, Inter-professional Engagement and Administration
  6. enhance patient experience, improve population health, reduce costs, and improve the work life of health care providers including clinicians and staff
