Overview
The ICC Annual Meeting is a unique event that brings together the diverse, broad spectrum of organizations and professionals needed to cause action and create meaningful change in cancer prevention and control. Attendees at this meeting have an extraordinary opportunity to exchange ideas and experiences with a wide variety of experts from the Indiana cancer community.

Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  1. Apply evidence-based cancer prevention and control strategies, including screening guidelines, HPV vaccination, and tobacco cessation, to reduce cancer burden in Indiana.
  2. Develop strategies to improve coordination and communication among public health, healthcare, and community partners, fostering team-based approaches to cancer prevention and care.
  3. Identify and implement actionable solutions to overcome barriers to care, including cultural competence, patient adherence, and system-level challenges, to improve cancer outcomes and reduce disparities.
