Our Three-Pronged Approach includes: 1. Foundational Session (to be held May 2026) – A one-hour, virtual orientation held prior to the Policy Academy. This session prepares participants with essential advocacy and legislative knowledge. Perfect for newcomers or those seeking a refresher. 2. Policy Academy – A full-day immersive experience with expert speakers, breakout sessions, and goal setting. 3. Mentoring Session – Post-event support to help you lead change and achieve advocacy goals

1. Empower Emerging and Established Leaders Equip participants with the skills and strategies needed to expand their influence in health policy and advocacy roles.
2. Explore Current and Emerging Policy Trends Examine key developments in health policy at local, national, and global levels, and their implications for advocacy efforts.
3. Build Capacity for Effective Advocacy Provide tools and frameworks for designing, implementing, and evaluating impactful advocacy campaigns.
4. Strengthen Interprofessional Collaboration Foster cross-sector partnerships to enhance coordinated advocacy and policy initiatives.
5. Highlight Success Stories and Innovations Showcase case studies and best practices from leaders who have successfully influenced health policy and driven systemic change.
6. Create Actionable Roadmaps Support attendees in developing personalized action plans to elevate their leadership and advocacy efforts within their organizations and communities.
