Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  1. Develop strategies and tools towards improved faculty as an educator assessment.
  2. Gain insight to better professional fulfillment as a medical educator.
  3. Develop a successful strategy for assisting trainees with test taking.
  4. Develop new strategies and skills to successfully lead a small GME training program.
