Surgery Grand Rounds

1. Define the categories of bile duct injuries.
2. Describe the appropriate management of an intraoperatively detected bile duct injury.
3. Recognize the appropriate work up and management of a postoperative bile duct injury.
4. Learn where to download the Tokyo 2018 Guidelines for Acute Cholecystitis.
5. Recognize which patients are candidates for cholecystectomy tube placement.
6. Describe one new technical strategy at the time of laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
