Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:
  1. Identify the role emotional intelligence plays in each participant’s leadership style
  2. Compare and contrast ways of managing effort
  3. Recognize key criteria and behaviors to conducting an effective performance evaluation
  4. Identify strategies for having crucial conversations and managing failure
  5. Recognize and apply strategies to mitigate burnout
