Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, participates should be able to:
  1. Recognize the concept of "rebalanced" hemostasis of cirrhotics and the utility of TEGS in its evaluation.
  2. Recognize new concepts of cardiac evaluation of systolic cardiac function.
  3. Identify and apply additional strategies of managment of hyponatremia, recalling that UNOS's consideration of including serum Na+ levels into the MELD score thus increasing the number of hyponatremic patients going to the OR for OLT.
