At the conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:
  1. Recognize and apply “best practices” and evidence regarding current pediatric diagnoses, treatment, and technologies;
  2. Identify the impending impacts of research developments upon current and future practice; and
  3. Describe current pediatric issues in public health, medical education, advocacy, and systems of care.
