Objectives

At the conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  • Recall the new evolving guidelines from KDIGO that are replacing the outdated KDOQI, in terms of chronic dialysis and anemia - identify evidence base
  • Recognize evidence base for various treatment options for glomerulonephritis.
  • Perform and interpret kidney biopsy safely and demonstrate how to interpret.
  • Understand how to interpret urine studies done for prevention of stone disease.
