Overview
This four-day intensive course will equip you with the tools and knowledge needed to localize evidence-based quality improvement solutions into your organization. 

Agile Implementation (AI) is the modern-day formula for healthcare quality improvement. AI is a bridge between academia and care delivery that utilizes the best practices of innovation, implementation science, lean, and design thinking methodologies for patient-centered care.


Objectives
  1. Recognize how to integrate Agile Implementation Playblook into their everyday work environments;
  2. Recognize processes using the Agile Implementation toolkit to identify the right opportunity;
  3. Describe how to use evidence-based solutions within Agile Implementation to document and track prior conclusions and analysis used to solve problems;
  4. Explain the processes used in Agile Implementation Toolkit, Evaluation and Termination Plan;
  5. Explain the processes, using Agile Implementation to localize and implement minimally viable solutions;
  6. Explain, using Agile Implementation Toolkit, the processes to measure impact of the solution;
  7. Translate observations in emergent behaviors that deter or promote the solution; and
  8. Discuss, using Agile Implementation, processes to develop minimally standardized operating procedure (MSOP).
