At the conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:
- Improve efficiency by avoiding unnecessary consultations.
Treatment plan will be discussed in tumor board and patients will be referred appropriately;
- Multidisciplinary approach for patients with challenging diagnosis or when more than one team needs to be involved in their care;
- Facilitate discussions and bring teams up to date on guidelines and treatment options for patients with cancer.
