Objectives

At the conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  1. Describe how a community wide model can accelerate the rate of change;
  2. Identify key stake holders in community-wide efforts to improve safety in Indianapolis; and
  3. Assess team-based and interprofessional approaches to quality improvement and patient safety.
