The Indiana state conference is designed to create a network to support the recruitment, retention, and job satisfaction of women in anesthesiology.  Speakers will discuss women in anesthesiology in academic leadership, work/life balance, communication skills, contract negotiation, and an update on OB anesthesiology.  There will be opportunities for networking, mentorship, and a panel discussion for questions and career advice.  Lunch will be provided.  Men and women physician anesthesiologists are encouraged to attend!

2. Practice communication skills designed to empower and advance career opportunities.
3. Advocate for women in leadership positions.
4. Discuss the current landscape for women in leadership in academic anesthesiology.
5. Recall and apply the mission for Women in Anesthesiology- Indiana.

Registration Fees: $30 Resident and Fellows |  $100 Physicians 

The Indiana University School of Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Exhibit Booth Information:

Rate for Standard Single Booth for September 8, 2018: $1,000 per booth ( 7 booths available)   By paying the exhibit fee, Exhibitors are purchasing the following:  

• Use of a single table and two chairs in the exhibit space.
  
  
• Exhibitor identification signage, such as a table top sign, table runner, or banner, provided by the exhibitor, is permitted on the table. 
  
  
• Permission for two representatives to exhibit the product/service. A third representative can be added for an additional fee in the amount of $500 or the price of registration (to be determined by IUSM CME and the course director). For more than three representatives, additional tables should be purchased.
  
  
• A single set of program materials per Exhibitor (not per representative), if program materials have been created and distributed to attendees. However, in no event will IUSM CME provide a list of program attendees in program materials given to Exhibitors.
  
  
• Permission to attend the educational activity, subject to the conditions set forth below.
   
• Permission to participate in any meals/refreshments at the activity.
  
  
• Acknowledgment at the activity. Pursuant to ACCME SCS 6.4, such acknowledgement will not contain the logo of any individual Exhibitor.  Rather, the course director (or other CME representative) will acknowledge the exhibitors and the availability of the exhibit space generally for attendees who choose to visit it.
