Overview
The Agile Implementation Bootcamp is a 3-day CME accredited course, which provides you with the framework of Agile Implementation, accompanied by the AI Toolkit. You learn how to identify right opportunities, assemble effective teams, implement evidence-based solutions and sustain improvement. It is best suited for individuals seeking tools to begin implementing change in their organization.

Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, participants will be able to:

  1. Recognize how to integrate Agile Implementation playbook into their everyday work environments;
  2. Recognize processes using the agile implementation toolkit to identify the right opportunity;
  3. Describe how to use evidence-based solutions within Agile Implementation toolkit, Evaluation and termination plan;
  4. Explain the processes used in AI toolkit, Evaluation and Termination Plan;
  5. Explain the processes, using Agile Implementation to localize and implement minimally viable solutions;
  6. Explain, using Agile Implementation Toolkit the processes to measure impact of the solution;
  7. Translate observations in Emergent behaviors that deter or promote the solution; and
  8. Discuss, using Agile Implementation, processes to Develop Minimally standardized operating procedure (MSOP).
