Objectives

At the conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:

  1. Review benefits of bariatric surgery from evidence-based outcomes;
  2. Obtain working knowledge of physiology of weight-loss after bariatric surgery; and
  3. Understand effect of bariatric surgery on diabetes remission.
