Miranda Lynch has over 18 years of experience in hospital pharmacy. She has worked as an intern at both Wishard Health Services (now Eskenazi Health) and IU Health in Indianapolis, IN. Upon graduating from Butler University in 2010, she became a pharmacist at Eskenazi Health (formerly Wishard Health Services) serving in several clinical and precepting roles and in a variety of committees including TDM (Therapeutic Drug Monitoring) Committee, ADC (Automated Dispensing Cabinet) Committee, Medication Safety Committee as Co-Chairperson, and Donor Council as Co-Chairperson.  She has been active in local and national workgroups aimed at discussing and improving the organ, eye, and tissue donation space. In May of 2024, she completed a clinical ethics fellowship with the Fairbanks Center for Medical Ethics (FCME).

She is currently a pharmacist at Riverview Health in Noblesville, IN, a substitute teacher in her local community, and secretary and land manager for a farming corporation.  She is active in the IPA (Indiana Pharmacy Association) and the ASBH (American Society for Bioethics and Humanities).

She's an active member of TNT (True North Travelers), a women's fellowship and outdoor adventure group. Miranda loves to spend time outdoors and in public libraries. She loves to garden, can and preserve her harvests, plant and nurture native plants and trees, adventure with her dad, and host backyard get-togethers. Her most favorite thing is to spend time at home creating and playing with her family which includes her husband, two daughters, two dogs, three cats, and a variety of wildlife - most recently, a pool of tadpoles.
