Sarah received her Doctor of Pharmacy and minor in gender, women, and sexuality studies degree from Butler University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in 2017. She completed her PGY1 pharmacy residency at Franciscan Health Indianapolis and PGY2 ambulatory care pharmacy residency at St. Louis College of Pharmacy & SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital. She is a board-certified ambulatory care pharmacy specialist and tobacco treatment specialist. She joined Community Health Network in July 2019 as a clinical pharmacy specialist in ambulatory care with her current practices in primary care, pediatrics, and COPD care clinics, with a significant focus in chronic disease state management of diabetes mellitus, adiposity-based chronic disease, and COPD. She was promoted in July 2024 to Manager of Ambulatory Care Pharmacy and leads and serves on multiple committees and workgroups within Community Health Network and professional pharmacy organizations, such as Chair of the ACCP Women's Health Practice and Research Network and Chair of the Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Staff Development Committee.  Sarah precepts and mentors pharmacy residents and students year-round and is committed to improving the lives of people within our community and help them truly live more.
